Dr. Keith E. Rolle – Founder, President, Executive Director.

Dr. Rolle is the Founder, President and Executive Director. He has traveled and led over 500 volunteers to five (5) continents and 42 nations. He is a servant-leader, strategist, scholar, coach, mentor, global motivational speaker & facilitator, radio personality and prolific writer. Dr. Rolle is coauthor of a published book, Goals & Proven Strategies for Success, written numerous articles for journals and training manuals for churches, chapels and organizations. He is married to Lady Joy Osueke, the father of three children plus a blended family of 4 children and has four (4) grandsons.

Dexter Moon- Chair

Dexter, CEO, Log-Con, is a Logistical Professional with over 30 years in the logistics industry. He served in the United States Air Force and has traveled to over 30 countries in Europe and Central and South America. Dexter is a serial entrepreneur who has started several businesses all in the logistics service industry. He believes that true wealth is Dexter is a Business Strategist and Business Director and the Chief of Staff for the Bank Digital Team and currently serves New Life Christian Center as the Pastor of Special Projects for New Life Christian Center. Dexter is married to the former Lottie Christian and they have four children, seven grandchildren and a Yorkie named Bella!

Dr. Travis Batts, M.D. – Vice Chair

Travis is a board-certified cardiac specialist with a focus on disease prevention, nutrition, fitness optimization and cardiovascular screening. He has practiced medicine for greater than ten years. He is an assistant professor of cardiovascular medicine for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Batts is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and serves on the National Nutritional Working Group. He also serves as the scientific contributor to local vegan/vegetarians restaurants. in the Medical Center area of San Antonio, TX. Dr. Batts is the founder of the Healthier Outcomes with Lifestyle Intervention (H.O.L.I.) Initiative, a program geared toward improving health awareness through prevention. He is married with children and resides in San Antonio, Texas.

Paula Weaver – Secretary

Paula is a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at QIAGEN, Inc., and promotes diagnostic testing solutions for infectious diseases. Paula works with hospitals, Diagnostic Laboratories, Public Health facilities, and Universities to help train, educate and source the facilities with systems and solutions to help identify bacterial and viral pathogens. She has worked in the medical industry for over 7 years. Her accomplishments include Top Performer (several years), Regional Trainer, and served as back-up manager while manger is on vacation. In addition to functioning in the Corporate Mountain, Paula also has a call to ministry to preach the good news to the poor, to minister to the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to those that are held captive. She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree.

Dan Westbrook – Treasurer

Dan is a motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with expertise in building successful sales territories. He is Regional Sales Manager with Capitol Wholesale Meats/Fontanini, McCook, IL. He has worked as a Regional Sales Manager with Hilgenfeld Brokerage, SATX and McLane Foodservice/Performance Food Group as Management Trainer and Director of Marketing, Sales, Temple, TX. Dan is a 1993 graduate of University of Central Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing (Dean’ List) and a 1999 graduate of University of Central Texas/Tarleton State University with a Masters, Business Administration (Dean’s List). He is married to Jennifer and has one daughter, Rebecca.

Daniella Decanni DeSilva – Member

Daniella loves volunteering and was the Vice-president at Wilderness Oak Elementary PTA and was recognized with the Lifetime PTA membership award for her impact in this role. Her passion is to help other people and “make things happen.” She is the wife of Jorge, proud mother of two sons: Franco who is the inventor of the D’slippa and Dario who is a passionate basketball player.

Dr. Njideka Kelley – Member

Dr. N. J. is the Managing Principal for New Generation Consulting Resources & Solutions, a Consulting and Human Capacity Development and training & development firm. She has a passion for learning and holds a doctorate degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, AZ. She is an expert in Organizational leadership has retired from City governmental administration. She is an author, publisher and regular contributor to several magazines and newspapers in Nigeria. She is also the Executive Director of Women, Children Educational and Skills Empowerment Initiative (WCESEI), Inc., a faith-based 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization whose mission is developing women and children to achieve social and economic empowerment. N. J. is married to Emmanuel and resides in Katy, TX. They have four (4) children.

Lottie Moon – Member

Lottie is a 22-year retired Air Force veteran. She is a hospital administrator by trade and recently became a real estate agent. Her passions are watching old westerns, reading, walking, relaxing, and spending time with friends. She is a part of this amazing board because it provides her with an array of volunteer opportunities to give back, transform and impact local communities. Lottie has been married to her wonderful husband Dexter for 20 years. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Jamar Mabry – Member

Jamar is a Results-oriented professional with over 17 years of experience and a proven knowledge of career pathing, human resources management and administration and professional recruitment. A scholar dedicated to lifelong learning, educating, and researching. He is a gifted public speaker and communicator. He is a chaplain, U.S. Army, 1st BN, 509th IN Regiment, Fort Polk, LA; Director, Campus Senior Academic Advisor, VA Certifying Official, Recruitment Coordinator, Webster University, Fort Leonard Wood Campus, Fort Leonard Wood Campus, Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Co-owner, McDonalds Franchisee, Richmond, VA. Jamar is married to Charleza and has two children.
